trend: champagne saucers

I'm loving the new trend of champagne saucers (or coupes) instead of flutes.I know it's better for the champagne to be in flutes (to keep the bubbles tight) ... but I drink it so quickly a saucer is just fine with me.

UPDATE: The "welcome" champagne cocktails (they were yummy and PINK) at the Martha Stewart Weddings 15th Anniversary Party at The Plaza were served in sweet champagne saucers. So chic.
